What is the FBA and BIP Team Coaching?
Every student deserves access to a quality education and individualized support, especially those facing behavioral challenges. With the recent guidance from the U.S. Department of Education emphasizing the importance of Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for all students—regardless of placement—it’s more crucial than ever to equip educators with the skills and tools they need.

Led by our BCBA, Lauren, who has been training schools to conduct FBAs for over two years, this program has helped countless teams achieve remarkable outcomes. Schools have reported reduced suspensions, decreases in aggression, and significant increases in student success. Our hands-on coaching ensures your team understands what’s required for effective FBAs and BIPs, becomes proficient in their implementation, and feels equipped to replicate the process in the future.
