Functional Behavior Assessment and Behavior Intervention Plans
Our FBA and BIP services involve on-site observations by behavior analysts, who provide detailed write-ups with graphs and recommendations. We also collaborate with your team, either virtually or in person, to develop effective Behavior Intervention Plans and help you select valuable PD to implement the plan.
VB-MAPP Assessments and Programing
Our VB-MAPP Assessment services, including initial and follow-up assessments, involve on-site observations by behavior analysts, who provide detailed write-ups and programming guides, along with example IEP goals.
Training
Virtual Functional Behavior Assessment Coaching
We provide personalized weekly coaching sessions, each lasting 45 minutes at your convenience. Bring a real-life student case, and we'll guide you and your team through writing your own Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA). We offer feedback, templates, and hands-on learning to ensure your team is well-equipped for future assessments.
In-Person or Virtual Professional Development
We offer in-person and live-virtual professional development tailored to fit the needs of your organization, serving private schools, childcare facilities, health facilities, businesses, religious organizations, and Northern Arkansas public schools. We specialize in communication, inclusive environments, behavior, and neurodiversity.
Parent/Caregiver Support
Training:
Our Behavior Analysts provide individualized or group parent support sessions, offering strategies and techniques to help parents best support their children’s development and behavior management at home. We believe in a family centered approach and encourage parents to share their goals for home, community, and school settings.
Consults:
We offer personalized consultations to discuss and navigate challenging situations, review IEPs, and ensure you are well-prepared for school meetings. We also can help with home safety assessments to make sure there is a plan in place for emergency situations.
Resources:
We create customized visual supports and practical materials to use in your home, enhancing your child's learning and daily routines.
BACB Supervision
BCBA Supervision Hours
Certified by the BACB, we provide the necessary supervision hours required to sit for the BCBA certification exam. We offer a hybrid approach, with both remote and onsite supervision, and are currently accepting supervisees in school settings.
District RBT Continuous Supervision Contract
We offer contracts with school districts to provide the necessary supervision hours for district-employed Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) working within local district settings. Our services specialize in onsite supervision, ensuring thorough support and guidance throughout RBT certification and practice.
